caffeine is found in two glaceau vitaminwater® varieties - energy (tropical citrus). it contains 30mg of caffeine (from guarana) per 500mL bottle. res-q (green tea), it contains 21 mg per 500 ml bottle

is there sugar in glacéau® products?
yes. we use a blend of crystalline fructose and sucrose in glacéau vitaminwater®.

what is the source of your water?
we source municipal water which goes through pre-treatment process (physical filtrations), followed by reverse osmosis.

are glacéau® products natural?
glaceau vitaminwater® uses colors such as beta-carotene or vegetable extracts like purple carrot, no artificial colors and no artificial flavorings.

what is the shelf life of glacéau vitaminwater®?
the shelf life of glaceau vitaminwater® is six months.

how many calories in glacéau vitaminwater®? is it a low calorie product?
yes, it has no more than 20kcal per 100ml.

can i treat glacéau vitaminwater® as a vitamin supplement? what's the difference between it and those vitamin pills?
